Shuai Chiao

Shuai Chiao, pronounced Swy Jow, also known as Chinese Fast Wrestling, is the oldest martial art dating back about 5000 years. It consists of throwing, joint locks, punching, and kicking.

Chang Style Tai Chi Chuan

A variation of Yang Style Tai Chi. Developed by Grandmaster Chang, this style still has the elements of Yang Style, but Chang wanted movements that were less flowery and more combat effective.
